The mission of the LISD Partners in Education program is to involve the community in partnerships with the Lubbock Independent School District to enhance the education of all youth.
Program Overview:
The Partners in Education program consists of organizations, groups, companies and other volunteers who donate time and money to assist students and teachers in education within Lubbock ISD. The partners fill the needs expressed and identified by each campus principal. Each partnership will be different since no two campuses are exactly the same. It is up to the principal to decide what or who he/she wants as a partner on their campus. A partnership lasts through a school year; you may become a partner at any time. If you wish to continue your partnership into the next school year, you are welcomed and encouraged to do so. A Partner in Education may give as much or as little time as they desire. Any contribution is appreciated.
Lubbock’s future is in the hands of our youth. By becoming a Partner in Education, you are making a lasting impression on the education of LISD students.
